Vessel Safety Examinations
The Coast Guard Auxiliary is actively involved at Inlet Watch Yacht Club through the coordination of Vessel Safety Examinations. This is a great opportunity to make sure all safety items are in place prior to the boating season! Please check back for dates/times when the examinations will be conducted onsite; however, if you would like to schedule an appointment with the Coast Guard Auxiliary, please contact Pat at: pdjdaj@yahoo.com or Phil at: phil.kraus@yahoo.com
Time Lapse Sunrise at Inlet Watch – Danny Wood
Our own Danny Wood has created an incredible time-lapse video of the sunrise at Inlet Watch. Once he sent me a link to the video I asked if he would mind if we posted a link to it on our website. Inlet Watch can be a very busy place and sometimes we forget to stop and look at the beauty all around us. I think Danny’s video certainly pulls things back into perspective and allows us to appreciate all that we have here! To see this video, please click on the following YouTube link: Danny Wood’s Video
Before & After Pictures of Inlet Watch – The Start of It All
Recently we had a visit from Mr. Phillip Burns, one of the two men who started what is now Inlet Watch Yacht Club. The first pictures are before construction even began in 1974; the others are pictures after the side basin was created in 1984. We thought everyone would enjoy the feeling of nostalgia!
